This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers experience the benefits of the company's innovative tire, wheel, and wheel-end solutions, including enhanced safety, extended product life, and improved margins. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales and Marketing include building a 3-year commercial plan with annual targets, modernizing digital demand and e-commerce strategies, and sharpening product stories. The role also involves leading account-based plays, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and partnering with operations and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Candidates for the VP of Sales and Marketing position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in leading B2B sales and marketing, particularly with a focus on channels and key accounts. A proven track record of growth in transportation or industrial markets is essential. The ideal candidate will be a people-first leader with strong CRM, marketing automation, and analytics skills, capable of consistent forecasting and clear communication with various stakeholders. While not mandatory, experience in wheel-end products or fleet solutions, as well as familiarity with TMC and OSHA maintenance practices, is considered a plus.
