The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a strong commercial strategy background to lead revenue growth and market positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both sales execution and marketing leadership, ensuring alignment across brand, portfolio, and go-to-market strategy. This role involves leading a high-performing team, driving accountability, and shaping the company's market presence. The VP will also be a key member of the executive team, contributing to enterprise strategy and long-range planning, and will be involved in recruiting, developing, and retaining top commercial talent.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with at least 12 years of progressive B2B commercial leadership experience. A proven track record in driving revenue growth, building and leading high-performing commercial teams, and strong strategic marketing skills are essential. The role requires the ability to influence enterprise-level stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, and experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in flavors, ingredients, or specialty chemicals, is strongly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at operational discipline, and strategic marketing vision, and have a background in international markets or digital-first commercial strategies.
