The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead revenue growth on a national scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the national sales strategy, leading and expanding regional and local sales teams, and fostering the growth of new business while managing key commercial accounts. This executive will also be tasked with overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM performance, and must be adept at partnering with Operations and Marketing to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of sales leadership experience in commercial services, with a proven track record of success in leading multi-market or national sales teams. A strong background in new business development and enterprise accounts is essential, and experience in commercial landscaping or facilities services is preferred. The role requires a candidate with the ability to travel nationally and a strategic mindset to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
