Entreprenista Media is the leading community and media platform for women founders. With 3,000+ private members, a growing digital footprint, large-scale events, and partnerships with brands, our mission is to help women build, scale, and operate their companies.

We’re looking for a highly creative, analytical, and trend-driven Social Media Manager to own strategy, execution, and performance across Instagram and LinkedIn, with expansion into TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest in 2026.

In this role, you will develop content, manage community interactions, run ManyChat flows, and turn social media performance into measurable growth. This role requires strong copywriting, a strategic mind, and a deep understanding of what drives engagement and conversions in 2026.

We are a small but mighty team and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is aligned with our mission.

This position is remote; however, there will be in person meetings required. Preference will be given to candidates based in South Florida (near Miami or Palm Beach).

Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation

Own and evolve the social content strategy across all platforms

Write conversion-ready captions, scripts, and copy in Entreprenista’s brand voice

Design carousels, static assets, and story graphics using Canva

Build, ideate, and manage content calendars aligned to weekly and quarterly business goals

Source and repurpose content from events, interviews, podcasts, and member wins

Community Growth & Management

Manage daily posting, DMs, comments, and audience/community engagement

Build and optimize automated flows that support membership growth, event registrations, giveaways, partnership deliverables and email collections

Works closely with the membership, partnership, and growth team to support launches and campaigns

Track community wins, updates, and member interactions to enhance and share community experience

Trends, Social Listening & Brand Voice

Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats

Pitch new series, concepts, and creative directions

Protect and elevate Entreprenista’s storytelling and brand identity

Conduct competitor analysis and track content formats driving high engagement/leads

Analytics & Optimization

Track KPIs, growth metrics, and funnel conversions

Identify high performers and under performers to guide strategy

Run tests and experiments to improve content performance

Present data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership

Responsibilities may evolve as part of a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in social media management & strategy (brand, media, or startup environment preferred)

Proven ability to grow and engage social communities

Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills

Strong Canva proficiency with solid design instincts

Highly fluent in platform trends and best practices

Experience using ManyChat for automation building, lead capture, and funnel flows

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and apply insights

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and move quickly in a fast-paced, high posting cadence environment

Strong organizational skills and comfort operating in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting

Experience working with women-focused audiences or founder communities

Background in media or membership

Mobile video editing skills (CapCut and Edits acceptable)

Familiarity with workflow tools such as ClickUp, Later, or similar systems

Strength in building and optimizing ManyChat sequences to support growth

Knowledge of latest AI tools and advancements

Success in this role looks like:

Consistent month-over-month audience growth

Higher engagement, saves, shares, and meaningful interactions

Increased ManyChat conversions (applications, memberships, event signups, email capture)

Clear, repeatable content themes and series that build community recognition

Reporting/monthly documentation that translates social performance into smarter business decisions
