We are urgently looking for a creative Marketing Assistant.
OGSI designs and manufactures high quality products and metering systems for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation industries.
Responsibilities:
Designing and producing marketing literature and all marketing and branding-related activities for OGS, OGM, and related brands.
Design and maintain all sales and proposals templates and ensure all documents and presentations are produced in accordance with the company templates/branding.
Managing the CRM administration and modifications as required .
Ensure the OGS bid process is being managed and that new enquiries/TQ’s are being recorded and submitted in good time to meet deadlines.
Developing or improving SEO for all websites in-house.
Keep all websites and social media pages up to date.
Designing and distributing promotional materials.
Managing events for the sales team.
Process agency and representative agreements for OGS and OGM.
Arrange departmental and inter‑departmental meetings as and when required.
Compilation of pre‑qualification documents in line with the requirements defined by a particular client and increase pre‑qualification success for OGS/OGM’s range of products and manufacturing locations.
Consult with professional organisations and industry bodies including EIC, TUV NEL, ISNetworld and Chambers of Commerce when required.
Maintain close contact with vendor database organisations including FPAL and Achilles and keep registrations up to date.
