Job Description As a
Field Marketing Representative , you’ll be responsible for
outdoor, face-to-face marketing and lead generation . You’ll introduce Aesthetic Roofing’s services to homeowners, help schedule free roof inspections, and represent our brand throughout local communities.
This role starts with
paid training
and graduation bonus, transitioning to a
commission-based position
with
weekly bonuses
and
unlimited earning potential
once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners about roofing needs
Promote Aesthetic Roofing’s inspection and restoration services
Collect customer information and schedule free roof inspections
Represent the company professionally in the field and at local events
Track leads and follow up to ensure successful handoff to sales team
