Position Overview As a
Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll be the face of Aesthetic Roofing, helping homeowners understand their roofing options and scheduling free inspections with our experts. You’ll receive
paid training
and a
bonus for completing it , plus a
weekly base pay
while you learn the ropes.

Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce Aesthetic Roofing’s services
Educate potential clients on roofing and storm restoration solutions
Schedule inspections and follow up with homeowners to keep projects moving
Track and manage leads in our CRM system
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
