The design team plays a pivotal role in offering creative solutions to brand, innovation, and experience challenges. Whether it’s perfecting the cadence of a key presentation or discovering a new path to engage users in an online experience, we lend the best of design thinking to the rest of our practices, from Strategy to Innovation, New Business, and internal or marketing initiatives. As a **Senior Designer** at Lippincott, you will work with teammates to help develop thoughtful, beautiful design solutions. You will design innovative, integrated solutions across a range of static, dynamic and interactive media (print, digital, 3D, motion and environmental).

You will be both conceptually and idea driven, focused on forging meaningful connections with consumers and businesses across a broad range of media. Your team will look to you to combine fresh thinking with practical knowledge to make our work even stronger. This role provides the opportunity to gain client exposure and develop client management skills as you contribute to the work. Work closely with project teams, execute clearly defined project tasks and meet design goalsStay up-to-date on trends and new techniques in the design world, as well as best practices in user experience and interface design, and be ready to share those findings with the teamPrioritize tasks to meet deadlines across multiple projects, **Be Knowledgeable**5+ years of graphic design experience in a professional setting or relevant graduate degreeWith guidance, the ability to incorporate inputs from strategy, research and other disciplines into design development The ability to design consistently across a range of static, dynamic, and interactive media (social, digital and web, three-dimensional, environmental, etc.)Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma and MS Office; a working knowledge of digital prototyping and UX wire framing is a plus; a working knowledge of motion or film editing software is also a plusThe ability to work independently in the face of complex assignments and seek clarity when necessary The ability to think creatively while building on and relating work to past experienceWith a basic understanding of color management and media requirements, the ability to prepare production-ready assets and to package files for distributionand digital implementationExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and file management skills **Who We Are, Together…**

The applicable base pay for this role is $85K - $110K.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
