About this role
As a Content analyst, you will collaborate closely with AI/NLP, product, and solutions engineering teams to review model outputs, identify edge cases, and deliver content that meets enterprise‑level quality standards. You’ll report to the Manager, Content analysis.
Responsibilities
Apply editorial and copywriting skills to understand customer needs and prioritize content reviews.
Provide thorough analysis of model and feature outputs to improve quality.
Discover creative ways to push models and features to their limits, identifying edge and corner cases before production release.
Communicate findings clearly to AI/NLP, product, and solutions engineering stakeholders.
Produce reports and statistical analysis to summarize findings in a digestible format.
Identify opportunities to iterate on models and workflows to deliver the highest quality content to customers.
Help build and scale content QA processes and capabilities.
Qualifications
2+ years in a content review, copywriting, or editorial capacity.
Passionate about language, words, and writing.
Experience with editorial processes or content marketing, technical writing, or UX writing.
Interest in AI and NLP technologies, including large language models (LLMs).
Strategic thinker who enjoys detailed product analysis.
Technical curiosity to pose thoughtful questions about architecture flows, and business logic to engineers and product teams.
Comfortable speaking mindfully in a culture of openness and frank communication.
Compensation
$133,700.00/yr - $161,000.00/yr
