About The Role Encompass Marketing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution and content development for a variety of clients. This position is open to applicants across the Cleveland area; however, our office is located in Avon, OH, where the hybrid in‑office work takes place. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing skill set in a collaborative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns
Develop content for social media, email, websites, and paid media
Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with data‑driven recommendations
Support day‑to‑day project coordination and ensure timelines are met
What You Bring
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Creative problem‑solver with a proactive mindset
Critical thinking skills specific to analytics
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and balance multiple projects
Experience in paid and organic social media content
Working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or MailChimp
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Canva
3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
