Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in the Treasure Coast or West Palm Beach area. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include client outreach, preparing presentations, developing partnerships, scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The Account Executive will play a key role in growing our business while embodying our mission to provide compassionate and high-quality care.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
Experience in customer service and client retention strategies
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with proven performance in meeting sales targets
Knowledge of the senior care industry or home care services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Must have existing senior care referral source relationships in the community
