Account Manager (Marketing/finance)
Location: Tampa, 33626 – This position is onsite
Pay: OTE $70,000 year one OTE Year 2: $100,000+ $50,000 annually based on experience + monthly commission, uncapped
(average about $1,600 per month but some months are busier than others. A top candidate could earn more in the first year. 2nd year compensation would be over the 6 figure range. Commission is uncapped).

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Consultative Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell seminar marketing services aligned with client goals and industry trends.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business models and demonstrating the ROI and value of our marketing events.
Performance Analysis: Deliver campaign insights, data-driven recommendations, and optimization strategies to enhance client outcomes.
Collaboration & Client Success: Serve as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring seamless onboarding and repeat engagements while partnering with internal teams to exceed expectations.
