We're looking for a UX Writer who will take full ownership of the end-to-end content experience within our Courier app — from onboarding flows to day-to-day delivery interactions. Your work will ensure that every touchpoint is clear, human, and aligned with our tone of voice.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary product team consisting of designers, product managers, engineers, and localization partners. Your responsibility will include auditing, rewriting, and creating content that is compliant, consistent, and scalable across multiple markets. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys crafting impactful language, collaborating closely with others, and applying design thinking and AI tools to improve clarity and inclusivity.

Requirements What we're looking for Craft
Proven ability to write and structure product content that's simple, accessible, and human
Strong command of brand voice and ability to build trust across diverse markets
Experience integrating AI tools into writing and testing workflows while maintaining quality and accuracy
Understanding of design principles and close collaboration with product designers
Ability to balance clarity, compliance requirements, and localization needs
Communicate
Ability to tell clear, compelling stories that connect user needs with business goals
Confidence in explaining design intent and content decisions with empathy and transparency
Skilled in creating alignment through documentation, storytelling, and clear written communication
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across teams
Collaborate
Comfort working with design, product, engineering, localization, legal, and communications
Ability to navigate complex discussions and find common ground with cross‑functional partners
Contribution to content standards, scalable systems, and documentation
Willingness to foster a supportive, learning‑oriented, and curious team culture
What You'll Do
Own the Courier app's product content across the entire journey, ensuring clarity, coherence, and usability
Create, review, and maintain content for onboarding, operational flows, and day‑to‑day interactions
Audit existing content and ensure compliance, consistency, and scalability across markets
Work closely with designers, PMs, engineers, localization, legal, and comms teams
Apply design thinking and AI‑enhanced workflows to streamline writing, testing, and iteration
Help build and maintain shared content standards and systems
