CREATIVE MANAGER The Creative Manager is a highly creative, digital first storyteller who plays a key role in producing multi-channel visual content that drives occupancy growth and elevates the Senior Star community brands. This role blends hands‑on creative execution with light project leadership, working closely with our agency partner and all six communities to deliver impactful marketing assets across social, digital, and sales platforms.
Position Summary The Creative Manager develops video, static creative while helping coordinate and guide marketing efforts that support 90 percent or higher occupancy in every community. This role collaborates with the Director of Marketing, agency partners, photographers, and on‑site teams to transform real resident stories, programs, and experiences into dynamic marketing content that resonates with seniors, adult children, and referral partners. The Creative Manager balances creativity, organization, and strategic awareness to help bring Senior Star’s mission to life.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and edit short‑form video for social media, ad campaigns, brand storytelling, and events
Organize & maintain content libraries including file tagging, version control, and brand consistency
Design static assets including ads, flyers, brochures, rack cards, digital graphics, and sales materials
Support the Director of Marketing in managing creative workflows, review cycles, timelines, and agency deliverables
Partner with each Senior Star community to understand local needs and translate them into aligned creative output
Assist in developing creative concepts for occupancy‑driven campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives
Use AI tools for brainstorming, content drafting, and creative acceleration
Collaborate with external vendors and photographers and prepare assets for print or digital distribution
Monitor creative performance data and recommend strategic improvements based on results
Support internal presentations, slide decks, and campaign communication materials
Manage & train community teams on Media Kits and asset collection

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media content behavior
Organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating many moving parts
Skilled communicator who enjoys working directly with community teams to capture stories and content
Comfortable collaborating with agency partners and giving constructive feedback
Curious, adaptable, and excited about using AI to improve workflows and creative quality
