Join our dynamic e-commerce photography team at Shopbop! We are looking for an experienced Photographer who is passionate about capturing high-quality and visually stunning images of a diverse range of products, both on and off model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high-quality, color-accurate, and properly exposed images.
- Perform various standardized product photography with skill and proficiency.
- Collaborate with senior photographers on lighting and visual aesthetics.
- Manage a high-volume image workflow (approximately 3,000 files daily) efficiently.
- Ensure color accuracy and execute corrections to maintain visual standards.
- Tackle on-set challenges decisively and communicate issues to relevant teams.
- Execute creative direction while articulating the rationale for decisions to align with our brand vision.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize studio performance.
- Innovate new shooting approaches for emerging categories or initiatives.
- Maintain studio equipment, props, and supplies.
- Provide constructive feedback to facilitate the successful implementation of new processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce photography studio.
- Proficient in lighting techniques and photography software (Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of color profile management and the ability to color correct.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing fashion photography.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in editorial or studio photography.
- Established network within the fashion industry.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and scripting capabilities.

The base salary for this position ranges from $47,700/year to $101,900/year, depending on market location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
