Our educational non profit client is searching for a Video Editor to help produce a 5-7 minute video for a fundraiser. Most footage will be provided, and there may be a need to capture additional footage.
This role is fully remote, however there might be a need to go onsite to provide guidance on footage.
Location: local to Houston, TX
Project Deadline: January 31, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into finished project.
- Add graphics, sound effects, music, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with motion graphics and audio editing is a plus.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
