A mid‑level graphic designer for an investment management firm located in New York. Must have an exceptional portfolio and be able to move quickly across a variety of projects. Must be based in NY and able to work in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation and evolution of brand‑aligned touchpoints from concept to execution across marketing and integrated materials, in‑person experiences and visual communications.
  • Develop day‑to‑day creative solutions across all mediums: marketing collateral; digital assets; environmental design; presentations; invitations; ads; etc.
  • Collaborate with the global design team to deliver high‑quality materials in a timely manner.
  • Support the execution of firm‑wide marketing touchpoints supporting business priorities & client acquisition/retention strategies.
  • Build upon brand guidelines to design and produce consistent brand‑aligned materials across all touchpoints.
  • Be an active member of a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Manage time efficiently and communicate effectively.
  • Proactively provide quality assurance across every project.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience within a corporate environment.
  • Expertise in creating concepts, designs, and specifications for platforms including print, web, email, social and environments.
  • Financial industry work experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment on multiple projects.
  • Experience collaborating with executives and presenting design ideas effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of current design trends and best practices with a focus on usability and the customer.
  • Excellent time‑management skills with a strong and professional work ethic.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to proofread and review work for accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. The role is onsite and requires working closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
