Overview

Graphic Designer role at Apex Systems. We’re looking for a consultative, self-starting Branding Graphic Designer who brings elevated design thinking and a well-rounded portfolio across both digital and print. This role is ideal for someone who operates like a partner who can jump in, understand the brand vision, and execute without needing hand-holding.

The hours will fluctuate from week to week depending on project need; a candidate who is comfortable with fluctuating hours is ideal.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support brand development projects with a strategic and creative mindset
• Design marketing materials including brochures, social media templates, and branded collateral
• Work with real estate floorplans (DWG/PDF files), often tracing and rebuilding for clean, brochure-ready visuals
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients (primarily Texas-based) to deliver polished, professional design solutions
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
• Ability to work independently and move quickly with minimal direction
• High level of professionalism and polish—especially in client-facing interactions
• Experience with DWG and EPS file formats a plus
