Our AEC client is looking for a graphic designer to assist their team! This is a 40hr/week freelance position starting as soon as mid-December for 3 months, with potential to extend. Candidates located in Seattle are preferred (especially if they are able to come into the downtown office 1x/week), but can also be remote for someone working Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

• Producing both print and digital marketing assets including digital templates, brochures, presentations, flowcharts/org charts/schedules, event materials, ads, social media graphics, and web content
• Being highly adaptable and responsive to feedback while working alongside subject matter experts and the Client Experience team
• Translating complex or technical information into clean, accessible visual communication
• Layout, typography, color, composition and the ability to follow and apply brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of Canva, and/or other animation/video tools is highly preferred
• Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in agency and/or in-house roles, demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital graphic design
• Ability to translate business objectives into purposeful design solutions
• Capability and willingness to balance creative thinking within established brand guidelines
• Expert-level proficiency with design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, and additional web design or video editing tools; basic understanding and competency in HTML/CSS is preferred
• Exceptional project management, high standards, acute attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and resourcefully
• AEC experience is a plus
