Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating public-facing initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
- Prepare materials, talking points, schedules, and documentation for PR-related activities.
- Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, partnerships, and communication logs.
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and community contacts.
- Collaborate with different departments to support communication and event needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the PR and communications team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional, polished demeanor and strong teamwork skills.
- Must reside locally and be available for on-site work in Charlotte, NC.
