Our client is looking for a part-time Growth Marketerto help scale their community, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate subscriber and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on digital marketer who thrives on experimentation, loves building systems that work, and has a genuine passion for growth. The Growth Marketer will take ownership of content strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization to drive measurable engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain acontent cadenceacross multiple channels, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
Create, edit, and repurposesocial media contentthat resonates with audiences and has the potential to go viral.
Design and optimizeemail campaigns, building automations and sequences that convert followers into subscribers.
Build and refinelanding pages, funnels, and lead magnetsto enhance conversion rates and list growth.
Test and iterate oncontent formats, copy, and visual strategiesto improve reach and engagement.
Set up systems fortracking and analyzing campaign performance, reporting insights, and making data-driven adjustments.
Manage and optimizemulti-channel marketing campaigns(email, social, web, partnerships, etc.).
Collaborate directly with leadership to develop creative growth strategies and new product ideas.
Identifypartnership opportunitiesthat drive meaningful growth — focusing on audience quality over vanity metrics.
Use AI and automation tools tostreamline processes and enhance marketing output.
Support brand consistency and storytelling across all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience indigital marketing, growth, or content strategy(preferably in a startup or creative environment).
Strong knowledge ofsocial media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Proficiency with tools likeConvertKit (or Kit), Substack, LinkedIn, Notion, Descript, and Canva.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing decisions.
Excellent written communication skills and a flair for engaging, on-brand copy.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, tactics, and formats.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding offunnels, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Experience creating and managingmulti-channel campaigns(social, email, and web).
Comfortable usingAI toolsfor content ideation, automation, and testing.
