Responsibilities

  • Own brand strategy, including brand architecture, identity, values, voice, and tone.
  • Create and maintain the brand narrative for all owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Translate consumer insights and competitive intelligence into brand-forward creative direction.
  • Act as guardian of brand consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and teams.
  • Lead creative concepting and development for campaigns across DTC, Amazon, Retail, Social, Email, PR, and Partnerships.
  • Partner with Product Marketing & Innovation to bring product positioning to life visually and verbally.
  • Oversee creative strategy for launches, tentpoles, promotions, and evergreen brand storytelling.
  • Drive excellence in design, copy, photography, and video content creation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles within wellness/beauty CPG
  • Proven ability to lead brand strategy, creative concepting, and integrated campaign development
  • Expertise in visual identity systems, packaging design, copywriting leadership, and content production
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, PR, and digital creative best practices
  • Experience leading creative teams and building scalable, high-quality creative operations
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a low-ego, high-transparency approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment and build structure amid ambiguity
