Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media)
Oversee creation, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns, including content creation, social media initiatives, and paid advertising efforts
Monitor, measure, and report on marketing campaigns, key performance indicators (KPIs), A/B testing results, and return on investment (ROI) using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, email tracking)
Develop, monitor, and allocate marketing budgets effectively across different platforms and vendors
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, designers, sales staff) and manage external agencies or vendors
Stay informed about latest digital trends, tools, technologies, and consumer behaviors to maintain competitive strategies
Coordinate and execute creative marketing campaigns based on data and demographics, including copywriting, email, social media, and event marketing
Attend sales and marketing events to memorialize in digital and social media. Shadow employees in the field capture and illustrate the ‘day in the life’ of our different departments and new market builds to emphasize our local approach.
Manage the product and distribution of marketing materials that are video and photography in nature.
Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
Experience with content management systems (CMS), email platforms, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and paid media buying
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
Strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience with photography and video editing a plus
Professional certifications in digital marketing are a plus
