Graphic Designer – Roc Nation Sports
Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)
Roc Nation Sports is seeking a Graphic Designer to assist in the development and creation of engaging video and creative content for our athletes’ digital channels. The incumbent will help elevate the visual manifestation of and storytelling around each client’s brand.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit deliverables for Roc Nation Sports owned and operated and talent’s social channels
- Develop new ideas, storyboard and pitch creative video solutions for production
- Create unique graphics and videos for RNS O&O and talents’ social channels
- Adopt talent tone to manage asset needs, with particular emphasis on authentic and engaging content that drives growth through analytics
- Develop content ideas that support positive growth of talent social media profiles, in line with brand strategy
- Work closely with the Sports Digital Team on relevant assets around talents’ key moments, referencing the strategic calendar
- Research and monitor competitor activity and industry best practices
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing & Strategy on asset needs for client announcements and agency philanthropic activities
- Manage creation, curation and updating of material for internal and external usage, including storyboards, pitch decks and recaps
- Develop concepts and graphics in relation to talent logos and websites
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years working within a design department or other creative team environment
- Extreme attention to detail and consistency
- Strong skill set in Graphic Design Curation and Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of visual design, layout, color, typography theory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Passion for the sports industry and its future trends and opportunities

Compensation
$60,000.00 – $75,000.00 USD per year, with compensation based on market, qualifications, skills and experience.
