Part-Time Field Marketing Coordinator – San Antonio, TX
Dental Practice is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are passionate about what we do and the difference our dentists make in our community. The Marketing Coordinator will work diligently to build and maintain solid business relationships with our surrounding dental community. We work closely with our entire team to identify marketing opportunities and develop traditional media, digital marketing, social media marketing, and community-based initiatives to reach new patients.
Responsibilities
Promote and represent the practice to its target audience. Build and strengthen the brand's reputation, increase visibility, and engage with consumers.
Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the offices and their values.
Capture photos, videos, reviews for social media posts that feature the practice. Distribute this content directly on the practice pages or submit to the Brand Manager.
Represent the offices at events, trade shows, or other promotional activities. Assist with giveaways and other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with office managers and provide insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the markets and report.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition.
Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
Experience in event coordination and planning.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to areas surrounding the practice.
Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally is required. Events may be held in evening hours or on weekends.
