Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, Part Time role with ~20 hr/week, 9:00am - 1:00pm, Hybrid schedule!
• Pay range starts at $40+/hr!
• 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

• Position is primarily responsible for managing email marketing operations, including scheduling, testing, deploying, and optimizing campaigns within a regulated digital environment.
• Position will also be responsible for maintaining and building templates, compiling content, executing A/B tests, managing SmartLists, generating performance reports, and supporting digital needs for tradeshows.
• Position will be in charge of improving email calendar processes, ensuring brand compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining documentation for email processes and digital best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or digital marketing is required!
• 5+ years of digital experience, especially in marketing, is required!
• Hands-on marketing automation experience (Marketo) is required!
• Experience creating and executing digital strategies, content development, and email campaigns is required!
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is preferred!\
• Experience within a regulated industry, preferably medical device or healthcare, is preferred!
