We are seeking a proven VP, Client Leadership to oversee integrated Omnicommerce campaigns for a suite of highprofile accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of traditional brand and shopper marketing, retail media, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and Profitero+. Forge and maintain trustbased relationships with senior clients to secure longterm partnerships. Business Planning: Strategic Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of strategic omnichannel marketing plans, including brand, shopper, and retail media, that meet or exceed client objectives and drive tangible business results. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account managers/directors, fostering a collaborative, highperformance culture. Project Oversight: Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Financial Management: Manage assigned P&Ls, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, or related field. Minimum 1015 years experience in the CPG industry with Tier 1 Manufacturers Marketing background and/or Shopper Marketing agency experience. Proven team leader with experience managing teams. Analytical rigor combined with creative problemsolving skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, management, listening, and interpersonal skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a thirdparty benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
