You are a visual storyteller and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a digital-first mindset, a passion for the outdoors, and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft compelling, product-driven narratives across channels.In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Design Director – Performance to bring seasonal campaigns and brand moments to life through elevated design, art direction, and content creation. You’ll help shape the visual identity of our performance categories and inspire global explorers through bold, innovative creative.**What You’ll Do*** **Lead Art Direction** for seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, and brand initiatives across Snow, Climb, and Trail categories.* **Concept and execute** compelling visual narratives that align with brand strategy and performance positioning.* **Collaborate cross-functionally** with marketing, product, and channel teams to ensure creative consistency and impact across all touchpoints.* **Design and direct** for a variety of formats including digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and experiential.* **Support content creation** from pre-production through post, including photoshoots, video, and motion graphics.* **Mentor junior creatives** and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.* **Stay current** on design trends, outdoor culture, and emerging technologies to keep our creative fresh and relevant.**What You Bring*** 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or brand creative roles, preferably in the outdoor, sports, or lifestyle industries.* A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first campaigns, product storytelling, and cross-channel creative.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools; experience with motion, 3D, or AI tools is a plus.* Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.* Experience working with photographers, stylists, editors, and production teams to bring creative to life.* Ability to balance hands-on design work with strategic thinking and creative leadership.* Passion for the outdoors and a connection to the performance mindset of our consumers.**Now WE have a question for YOU.****Incentive Potential**: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
