About The Role
We’re hiring a Programs Marketer to help scale our classes program and expand our CLE footprint. You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute AI classes for lawyers, apply for and manage CLE accreditations, and pitch in across a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is a builder role in a fast-moving startup where no two days look the same.
If you’re organized, resourceful, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves, you’ll be critical to how we deliver value to customers and drive demand for GC AI.

As our Programs Marketer, you’ll be the architect of campaigns that connect our story to the market, generate pipeline, and enable our GTM teams to win. This role matters because you’ll translate our category-defining product into programs that reach the right audiences, showcase customer success, and reinforce GC AI as the leader in Legal AI.
What You'll Do
- Support execution of our flagship class program: scheduling, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Manage CLE applications and compliance, working with providers and jurisdictions to secure and maintain approvals.
- Track CLE deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with Marketing to draft and publish class announcements, event pages, and follow-up comms.
- Add and update course content in our Learning Management System.
- Analyze class, CLE and comms performance metrics; suggest improvements to drive throughput and impact.
- Contribute to other marketing projects such as content creation, event support, campaign execution, and community engagement.
- Bring process rigor to how we track, store, and report on program activity.
Impact You'll Have
- Accelerate growthby designing and running campaigns that drive pipeline and expand adoption across new customer segments.
- Shape GC AI’s voice in the marketby crafting messaging, programs, and assets that differentiate us in the fast-emerging AI landscape.
- Fuel sales and customer successwith enablement programs, content, and campaigns that help teams win and grow accounts.
- Build community and advocacyby turning customer stories into proof points, events, and content that inspire and educate the market.
- Drive measurable impactby owning program metrics (MQLs, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI) and continuously optimizing for performance.
- Help define category leadershipby supporting analyst relations, thought leadership, and flagship marketing initiatives.
Required Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in legal tech or SaaS, in a start-up environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and reliable.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Nice To Have
- Experience in marketing to lawyers and legal professionals (or have a legal background yourself!)
- Experience with HubSpot and Framer.
- Passionate about AI and legal innovation.
- Previous work with online classes and educational programs.
