Automotive Service Writer
Automotive Service Advisor We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a HIGH VOLUME automotive shop to achieve POSITIVE SALES RESULTS. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through sales and excellent customer service. Two (2) years of experience writing automotive service. Excellent communication skills, including outstanding telephone skills, to relate positively with customers. Proven ability to improve facility sales while maintaining customer loyalty. Knowledge of point-of-sale software and strong mathematical skills for creating estimates, billing, and inventory control. Providing prompt, courteous, and top-tier customer service. Handling all types of store transactions related to our products and services. Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
