Own Day-0 → Day-30 lifecycle and dramatically increase retention, activation, and first-purchase conversion Build the complete CRM strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging Own the Day 0 → Day 30 journey (activation, conversion, retention loops) Create psychological sequencing, emotional arcs, and progression-based messaging Architect behavioral nudges modeled after top F2P retention systems Integrate influencer voice, personality, and storytelling into lifecycle flows Build creator-driven CRM campaigns tied to big wins, jackpots, and events Lead narrative-driven activation funnels (e.g., $1 first spin, welcome offers, bonuses) Requirements
5–10+ years in CRM, Lifecycle, Retention, or Behavioral Marketing Experience in F2P mobile gaming, social gaming, subscription apps, or fintech Deep understanding of user psychology, habit formation, and engagement loops Expert-level copywriting ability (tone, cadence, narrative, persuasion) Ability to design multi-touch lifecycle journeys end-to-end Strong data literacy & A/B testing experience Experience leading CRM teams or cross-functional lifecycle initiatives Comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-driven environment Preferred
Experience with slot-style or casino-style game loops Experience with influencer-driven CRM Familiarity with Optimove, Braze, Iterable, Leanplum, Customer.io, or similar systems
