Digital Marketing Specialist
to optimize our digital advertising and SEO efforts.
Position Overview As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta, interpreting analytics in GA4, and ensuring our websites meet technicalSEO best practices. This role is crucial in driving online visibility, increasing lead generation, and maximizing return on investment for all digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver high ROI and align with business objectives.
Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues, ensuring websites are optimized for search engines and meet industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and monitor digital marketing strategies.
Monitor emerging digital trends and competitor activity to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive.
Generate detailed performance reports, communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of success.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Strong understanding of Technical SEO, including experience with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
Familiarity with PPC budget management and performance optimization strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar data-driven environment.
Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
Working knowledge of website platforms like WordPress or other CMS tools.
