MODbath is hiring an ambitious and personable Design Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, guide them through custom bath and shower design solutions, and close deals that transform lives—while building a six-figure+ income in the process. Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set, qualified homeowners Guide customers through MODbath’s bath/shower design options and create tailored solutions Present clear, professional quotes and close high-ticket projects with confidence Provide financing options and overcome objections using a strategic, consultative approach Accurately record all activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in-home, remodeling, or high-ticket product sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to close sales with professionalism and strategy Tech-comfortable with CRM and design platforms Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowners' schedules Professional appearance, integrity, and customer-first mindset Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Willingness to undergo a background check Uncapped commission structure – paid on all closed deals, including follow-ups Guaranteed, qualified leads provided—no prospecting required Paid onboarding and quarterly off-site training with company-paid travel Access to the industry’s best sales technology (AI tools, design software, mobile CRM) Supportive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture Schedule
Full-Time Flexible hours, with availability during evenings and weekends required Location
