Directive is a performance marketing agency focused on B2B companies. We specialize in Customer Generation, an approach that prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video, all designed to help clients reach and exceed their SQL targets.
About the Role We’re seeking a forward‑thinking marketer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is obsessed with performance metrics. In this position you will manage up to seven client accounts, taking full ownership of their performance marketing strategies and outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the success of SMB clients across all paid, SEO and CRO channels.
Build and maintain strong, empathetic client relationships.
Project‑manage client accounts to deliver on strategy and deadlines.
Provide strategic pitch and ongoing communication to clients.
Apply deep technical knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
Leverage a strong SaaS background to drive results.
Deliver high impact in a focused, client‑centric role.
Bring creative marketing insights and a passion for data‑driven results.
What You Bring
2+ years of agency‑side marketing experience.
2+ years in performance marketing.
Brilliant strategist with a T‑shaped skill set.
World‑class project manager who delivers on time and within budget.
Willingness to travel when required.
What We Offer
Base salary: $80,000‑$85,000 (USD) with bonus potential.
