Designer, Multi-Media Hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL

Salary Range: $65,000‑$80,000 Annually

What You’ll Do

Partner with Creative Director and PM to scope, schedule, and deliver on time and on brief

Lead visual direction of organized deliverables

Leverage skills in graphic design, motion graphics, photography, videography on client and internal work

Create 360 campaigns, brand guidelines, fact sheets and infographics, educational/promotional toolkits, email/newsletters, logos and identity assets, social content series, landing pages and website content, and video and animation deliverables

Drive innovative ideas that enhance brand positioning and differentiation

Lead, design, participate in and contribute to design critiques with both clients and our internal team

Further develop and promote the Morreale brand to position the firm for growth in Illinois and in targeted growth markets

The Ideal Candidate

Is a skilled graphic designer with interest and experience in areas such as photography, videography, animation, web design, and more

Position Requirements

10+ years of experience in‑house or in an agency environment

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications

Candidates should have the ability to travel as required

Qualifications And Skill Requirements

Ability to juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines fast, and ruthlessly prioritize work

Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects

Microsoft PowerPoint (building client‑ready decks)

CMS experience: Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Figma

Email marketing platforms: Constant Contact, Mailchimp
