Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This long‑term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to lead organic search strategies, optimize website performance, and provide valuable insights to support content and media teams. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy based on competitive analysis and research.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to uncover content opportunities and enhance search visibility.
  • Optimize on‑page elements such as metadata, headings, and internal linking structures for improved rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits focusing on site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with media and campaign teams to provide SEO insights and quick‑turnaround research.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest updates, consolidations, or removals to maintain relevance and quality.
  • Ensure the website adheres to the latest SEO best practices and guidelines.
  • Support cross‑functional teams with SEO‑focused content briefs and optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in SEO roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex SEO strategies and findings to diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of web content management systems, including WordPress CMS.
  • Familiarity with web content creation and optimization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends.
  • Proven track record of improving organic search performance in competitive markets.
