Role Overview

Full‑time Manager, SEO located in Denver, Colorado. Estimated start January 2026. Reporting to Associate Director, SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class deliverables for clients, applying SEO knowledge to positively impact deliverables and the wider team.
  • Define campaign delivery plans, objectives, and measurement targets to optimise success and continuous improvement.
  • Generate and promote innovative concepts, share successes across the practice, and refine guidelines, playbooks and processes, including automation opportunities.
  • Track and optimise campaigns on‑budget, on‑time, and to achieve KPIs.
  • Serve as the client point of contact for day‑to‑day tasks and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement processes, contributing ideas around automation or process improvement.
  • Mentor others across the practice, growing capability and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong SEO delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in optimising SEO campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
  • Understanding of how other channels work and optimise together.
  • Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about quality and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process‑oriented.

Success Metrics

  • Live the culture code every day.
  • Generate effective campaign creation and delivery metrics.
  • Meet internal targets for technology adoption and process optimisation.
  • Maintain quality assurance metrics on all campaigns led.
  • Achieve client satisfaction targets (internal & external).
  • Complete and meet learning certifications across the practice.
  • Active involvement in mentoring less experienced SEO colleagues.
