Associate Director, SEO
Full-time position with Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency. Join the SEO Practice and report to the Director of SEO.

Role Overview
As an SEO practitioner, you’ll shape and oversee delivery of client work, define objectives, measure impact, manage workload, generate innovative concepts, and share successes across the practice.
What You Do
- Deliver highly successful SEO campaigns that outperform KPIs, budgets, and schedules.
- Track and optimize campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO best‑practice roadmap, guidelines, and processes.
- Serve as escalation point for client teams, ensuring delivery standards and timeliness.
- Lead and mentor others across the practice.
Who You Are
- Strong SEO delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable success in optimizing SEO campaigns and leveraging automation, processes, and technology.
- Understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
- Confident, dynamic, engaging, authentic communicator focused on quality and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing others’ knowledge.
- Excellent presentation, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process‑oriented.
Success Metrics
- Live the culture code daily.
- Meet campaign creation and delivery metrics.
- Achieve internal technology adoption and process optimization targets.
- Hit quality assurance metrics on all campaigns led.
- Meet client satisfaction targets.
- Complete learning certifications across the practice.
- Effectively manage team workload to maximize output.

Compensation
$90,000 – $142,500 USD per year.
