Qualifications

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability

Hiring specifically for Opening Shift 2‑3 days a week (6:30 AM on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) – Part‑time Hours!

Responsibilities

• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team‑based atmosphere
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high‑energy
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
