What you need to bring
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability
- Hiring specifically for Opening Shift 2-3 days a week (6:30AM on Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday)
- Weekend shifts available too
What you’ll be doing
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
- Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team‑based atmosphere
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high energy
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
