FRAGMENT is looking for designers that are detail oriented, and bring a strong visual eye to systemic user problems. Responsibilities Own design problems across touch points, from branding and communications to product strategy and execution Work closely with product, leadership, and engineering to craft the product Oversee net new product definition from user interviews to design iteration, through implementation Bridge the gap between our team's deep fintech expertise and an amazing user experience Contribute to and grow our design system in both spec and front end code Work in lockstep with a strong team of full stack-engineers Help assess, hire, and mentor your future team Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience Comfort working across the stack and deep experience in at least one area (UI/UX, backend, or infrastructure) Excitement to work directly with customers Health: Top of the line health, dental, and vision insurance.
