**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and support a secure environment within a technology, media, and telecommunications setting.
  • Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related issues and support the overall objectives of the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
