**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or unusual situations encountered during patrols.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as needed, based on site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees at the location.
  • Maintain accurate and timely logs and reports of all security-related activities and incidents.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
