**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
  • Document observations and incidents as required, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Assist in emergency response activities as appropriate, supporting Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors at the location.
  • Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
