Director of Recruiting and Business Operations at Viaduct We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video with experience utilizing editing tools DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand, engages audiences, and supports marketing, training, and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished, professional content for digital, broadcast, and social media platforms.

Utilize DaVinci Resolve for color grading, audio balancing, and advanced finishing.

Apply motion graphics, titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.

Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and producers to translate project goals into compelling visual stories.

Maintain brand consistency across all video projects.

Organize and manage media assets, project files, and version control.

Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production and editing.

Deliver videos within tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

Proven as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing work across different platforms (commercials, social media, corporate, etc.).

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression for various delivery platforms.

Experience creating graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
