WizeHire, Inc
We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own our growth engine end-to-end. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to drive high‑intent leads and revenue for Fabworks. This is a small, fast‑moving team where you’ll be responsible for both the strategy and the doing.
Benefits:
401(k) match and partial health insurance coverage. Responsibilities
Own and optimize performance across Google Ads (search & display) and retargeting. Drive and track SEO initiatives to increase qualified organic traffic. Plan and manage paid creator/influencer campaigns, from outreach to ROI tracking. Develop and refine Fabworks’ brand presence across web, email, and social. Create and test landing pages, ads, and content to improve conversion rates. Build reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and make clear recommendations based on data. Collaborate with sales/ops to turn customer insights into campaigns that actually move the needle. Qualifications
Critical:
Experience with manufacturing, engineering, or technical audiences. 3+ years experience in performance or growth marketing (B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred). Proven track record running and scaling Google Ads campaigns with positive ROI. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy. Strong copywriting skills for ads, email, and landing pages. Comfortable with tools like Google Ads, GA4/analytics, and basic marketing automation/CRM. Highly self-directed: can set goals, prioritize, and execute without a big team. Compensation
