Feedbird is hiring: Meta Ads Media Buyer in Town of Poland

Feedbird is one of the fastest‑growing marketing platforms for small businesses — offering affordable marketing services starting at just $99/month. We’re expanding our Meta Ads team and looking for a talented Meta Ads Manager to help manage campaigns for our growing client base.

This is a full‑time role, 40‑hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple small business clients
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations
• Create audience segments, write ad copy, and collaborate with our creative team on visuals
• Conduct A/B tests and improve conversion tracking

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and audience targeting
• Comfortable managing multiple small‑budget clients at once
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and make quick adjustments
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work remotely with an international team

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Meta Pixel setups via Stape.io or similar tools
• Prior work in a marketing agency or freelancer environment
