Job Brief

We are looking for a Lead Deli Sandwich artist for our sandwich station. The ideal candidate should be calm, flexible, and able to work through high‑volume lines while providing the best customer service possible. Most weekends and all major holidays are off. Overtime is available for special events.

We are looking for someone to open our cafe at 7am with part time hours around 30 hours a week.

Our cafe is located at the U of M Brighton specialty Center.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Picasso Sandwiches to company specifications.
• Prep food for daily service and catering events including slicing deli meats, preparing house‑made salads, vegetable prep, etc.
• Make Starbucks Specialty coffees.
• Cleaning and upkeep of station and kitchen.
• Friendly customer service.
• Helping team members.
• Answering customer questions.
• Strong work ethic and able to move quickly and efficiently.
• Positive attitude.
• Health benefits offered after 90 days.
