This includes translating complex narratives into captivating visuals, conceptualizing ideas, planning visual sequences, and creating/editing images and videos to convey a cohesive story.
  • Strategic Communication: Collaborate closely with product concept leads, designers, researchers, and engineers to understand emerging ideas and translate them into clear, engaging, and persuasive communication materials, often transforming data into illustrative stories.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Design and facilitate workshops, presentations, and interactive sessions to present concepts, gather feedback, and build alignment among cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Brand & Vision Alignment: Ensure all communication materials reflect Ford’s brand identity, strategic vision, and future aspirations, maintaining a consistent and compelling voice.
  • Tool & Methodology Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest communication design tools, technologies, and best practices, continuously evolving our approach to concept articulation and presentation.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual communication skills, creative problem‑solving, and the ability to convey complex ideas simply and engagingly.
  • Proficiency with industry‑standard design and presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Figma, Sketch, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Strong typography skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate design decisions and strategic rationale clearly.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
