Responsibilities

• Strategically edit and produce video content optimized for social media advertising—especially Facebook and TikTok campaigns
• Develop and execute growth-driven content strategies that align with Kim Shui’s brand voice and marketing goals
• Create platform-native assets for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video channels
• Conceptualize and capture social-first video content to be distributed across digital channels
• Monitor performance of content to iterate and refine creative strategy

Requirements

• A self-starter who can independently manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in editing high-performing social media content, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
• A strategic thinker who blends creativity with data insights to inform video concepts and edits
• Agile and action-oriented, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to feedback or trends
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong storytelling instincts and an eye for visual composition
